What is the Azteq project about?

AZTEQ Metaverse is the producer of an award winning Web3 game engine, the Metaverse Life environment with content creation tools and the developer of the AZTEQ utility coin. We have a community of gamers, traders and content creators. Our headquarters is located in The Netherlands.

What makes your project unique?

Our game engine delivers a superior gaming experience as we implement WebGPU and it has integrated Web3 support. Using token gates, gamers are able to use their NFT assets (such as Gen-F, Nakamigos, Floki, Pepe and many more) in Life, our Metaverse.

History of your project 🙋‍♂️

Our company started after a year of research and development on our product suite and we did not raise from third parties to accomplish this. Our coin went live on January 1st 2023 and we have been building our products and expanding our partnerships since then.

What’s next for Azteq?

We will attract more gamers and content creators to expand our Metaverse and create quality content and add support for more collections as we go. We sublicense our game engine to third parties and we have set our mind to achieve leadership in Web3 gaming.

What can your token be used for?

The AZTEQ coin can be used to purchase new virtual assets, such as skins, gear, fashion and estate inside Life, our Metaverse.

Our token is accepted by partnered vendors as a method of payment and AZTEQ and it is possible to earn the coin through participating in Life, our Metaverse.

Now you know more about AZTEQ Metaverse, it’s time to highlight some moments around the Metaverse space, it hasn’t exactly hit the ground running this year. But, that may be about to change…

I’m sure you have heard about the recent Apple announcements, I mean who hasn’t, right? We are soon to be delighted with a nearing $4000 pair of enhanced goggles (Not our words 🤷) and although some are overshadowing the product because of the price, there is SOOO much more behind it.

Firstly, Apple don’t just release products as a fun hobby. Oh no… They mean business and the release of these VR (Virtual Reality) goggles is with complete intent and heavy reasoning.

Is this good for the Metaverse and companies like AZTEQ Metaverse Absolutely!

Apple is a household name with millions of products sold last year alone… I mean just look at these numbers for 2022:

• 232 million iPhones

• 61 million iPads

• 26 million Mac and MacBook

Incredible 🤯

So, for Apple to release a VR related product that will heavily integrate with the Metaverse, this is only good news and could spark MASSIVE interest and adoption into Metaverse usage.

And before you know it, you’ll be using the AZTEQ Metaverse game engine to casually create content and game your life away while sipping a nice fresh coffee.

Now as well as Apple releasing their VR system, we also saw Meta, formerly known as Facebook also release a VR headset too but for around 7 times less at a more affordable $500.

It seems that we have a Meta-reverse here… Get it? Okay, that was poor from us.

But, the release time is rather strange considering they announced they are stepping back from the Metaverse after things haven’t looked great since their massive integration a couple of years back.

Now obviously this has been impacted by the crypto markets and economic conditions getting extremely tough, but again, is this a sign that times are moving into a positive era? Well, Apple seem to think so.

But wait, we’re not done yet 😁

Now, I’m sure you are thinking ‘What on earth is this?’ And you’d be correct in thinking that as we did too when we saw this a few months back.

This above ladies and gentlemen, is an actual legal court case that was hosted INSIDE the Metaverse.

Yes you read that correctly…The legal system in Colombia is actually using the Metaverse to host court trials and we are all for it!

This involved setting up customized avatars and of course a VR headset to enter the Metaverse based court. Now if that isn’t crazy, we don’t know what is!

All of these are small snippets of the Metaverse building and increasing adoption across the world and AZTEQ Metaverse are looking to take a piece of that juicy looking pie.

But there’s more!

Over $100B of Metaverse revenue came from advertising in 2021 and although many users believe it could cause harm to reality, the same thing was said about gaming and many other areas that went on to succeed. A important stat to note here is that the I.T. sector is the most invested into the Metaverse but is closely followed by education and finance.

Definitely interesting sectors to be interested!
